Sending our love to Adrianne Haslet-Davis of Boston - 26th April 2013

Adrianne, a ballroom dance instructor with the Arthur Murray Dance School in Boston, MA, America, was seriously injured in the explosion during the Marathon in Boston.

A very inspirational photo of Adrianne and her husband Captain Adam Davis, recently returned from a tour in Afghanistan, was in The Times newspaper on Wednesday, 24th April 2013.   Adrianne lost part of her foot in the explosion and had to have part of her leg amputated.   In a statement to the press, Adrianne announced her intention to return to dancing as soon as possible and to run in the Boston Marathon next year.

We all send you our love and healing prayers Adrianne and hope to see you in Blackpool's Tower Ballroom when you are back on your feet.  You are one of the most inspirational women we have ever come across.

If you look on the Arthur Murray, Boston website they have organised a fund to help with Adrianne's recuperation.
